Our absinthes are either commissioned exclusively and developed by us in partnership with small artisanal distilleries, or carefully selected from the best absinthes that a producer has available, in some cases we have directly participated in the production work itself. Unlike most suppliers, we are hands-on scientists and historians - we know what 'real' absinthe was and is and we know how to make it. If you haven't tasted our absinthes then you haven't tasted authentic absinthe!
