A naturally-coloured green Swiss absinthe from a well respected distiller. The recipe more closely follows the original style of the 19th century recipe found hidden in the cellar, along with an old alambic still, when the distiller purchased her house in the Val de Travers. Three different plants are used in the colouring step and these add a distinctive flavour to the finished product. This absinthe has a strong aroma of wormwood and produces a thick louch when diluted with water. The palette is characteristic of Swiss absinthe and has a long finish.

This absinthe is distilled from a mixture of 12 plants with Grand wormwood, petite wormwood, melissa and hyssope from Val-de-travers. It is a lighter style of absinthe which has found favour with absintheurs looking for a different flavour profile to traditional La bleues.
