Royal Combier is a blend of Triple Sec spirit, cognac and one of the most famous French hygienic liqueurs of the 19th century, Elixir de Combier (containing ingredients such as aloe, nutmeg, myrrh, cardamom, cinnamon and saffron). It makes a wonderful drink by itself on ice or as a base for cocktails, such as the Kir 'Royal Combier' when mixed with champagne. Its complex orange and herbal aromas excel over Grand Marnier as an alcohol flambé for Crêpes Suzette.

Perique Liqueur de Tabac is distilled from Louisiana Perique, the rarest and most precious tobacco in the world. Early French settlers learned the secrets of Perique cultivation from the native peoples, and while their descendents have continued the tradition for centuries, very little Perique exists today. The unique terroir of the Mississippi River gives Perique the intense spices and aromas that contribute to the delicate balance of this fine liqueur.

Perique is entirely artisanal in its construction, and captures the nuances of this ancient tobacco. Perique is best enjoyed in the same manner as one would a fine liqueur or brandy. Due to the difficulty in procuring this rare tobacco, Perique liqueur is available only in limited quantity.

Now aged for over 12 months in cask!

Combier Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar and orange flower water. It is most famous for contributing to the original Mai Tai but it can be found in many other classics including the Scorpion, Japanese cocktail and the traditional French drink called the Momisette. Orgeat syrup is an essential component of the Suissesse absinthe cocktail.

Combier syrups are made from carefully selected fruit juices and sugar syrup blended in copper basins. Combier syrups are of high quality and provide an excellent base for cocktails.

Combier Gomme syrup is a concentrated sugar syrup which has the added ingredient of gum arabic which acts as an emulsifier. Gum arabic is a naturally occuring product that is harvested from the sap of certain plants The advantage of using gomme syrup over the more usual simple syrup is that, especially in heavy-alcohol cocktails, it adds a silky texture and softens the alcohol's flavor. It also prevents the syrup from crystallizing.
