Individual absinthe brouille (mixer)
1. Pour a dose of absinthe into the glass
2. Place dripper on top of glass
3. Load with crushed ice and water (add a sugar cube first, if desired)
4. The ice-water will flow gently down as you gaze and contemplate...A slower drip can be achieved by adding water in small amounts in several steps or, in warmer settings, allowing shaved ice to melt on its own. The easiest and most effective way to make the perfect absinthe.
