"I just recieved my bottle of 1901. First the bottle is absolutely gorgeous. Really sets the mood. As I prepared a dose, the color and fragrance had me mesmerized. As I slowly added water with the dripper. The louche was slow and beautiful. I let it sit for about 10 minutes. The fragrance filled my apartment. The taste and mouth feel was superb with the anise, fennel and wormwood each taking it's turn. I've purchased many bottles of your other Jades, which are all excellent, but I have to say this is the finest Absinthe you've created and now my favorite. It's kinda funny but I have a hard time getting family and friends to try Absinthe because of the "bad rep" it has gotten. But once they try it it's love at first sight and taste. "I just want to tell you that you have the best commercial website on the web. When I access your site it feels like I am entering a vertual store where I am known and the people care about me. I live in a rural area and just about everything must be either ordered from catalogs by phone(My wifes preference) or from the internet(My preference). I have endured utter frustration when just trying to buy goods from user unfriendly sites that made me want to heave my computer out of the window. With your site its so easy it is hardly believable. You might consider a second carrer designing websites. Now for the good part. I received my last shipment super quick as usual and opening it I held in my hands two examples of the finest Absinthe I've ever seen. I felt so lucky to be able to sample the art of Ted Breaux, who is a genius, and to be in possion of something that only a very few wealthy collectors could have dreamed of a short time ago. I have been a subscriber to Wired magazine since the first issue and when the article came out last fall and mentioned your site there was no way I wasn't going to try a purchase. My first choice was Nouvelle Orleans. My only previous exposure to absinthe was with the Czech rotgut. After trying to drink <Actinic:Variable Name = 'edited'/> I realized what should have been an obvious truth: Czechs drink beer. Czech beer is very good. Czechs don't drink absinthe, and can't even spell it. The <Actinic:Variable Name = 'Nouvelle'/> Orleans was just what I thought Absinthe must have been like a hundred years ago. Color, flavor profile and louche was exactly like what I had read about. After that experience there was no chance that I wouldn't try the other Ted Breaux varities. "I Tried the Absinthe Edouard 72 on Saturday. The colour is SO beautiful!! Before the water is added it is a delight to behold, I could gaze at it all day; no wonder Oscar Wilde compared the colour of Absinthe to the beauty of a sunset! The only green absinthe I have seen has been the awful artificial Czech stuff, the difference between Bond Street emeralds and green day-glo paint! After adding water the spectacular louche is EXACTLY as I have seen it in paintings by Lautrec, Manet, Van Goch, Piccasso, and in the old posters. The smell and taste are wonderful and the effect divine! Calm and softly serene, but very aware and clear. The whole experience was wonderful, all I ever hoped for and anticipated when I sent for the Jade Absinthe. It is expensive but it's worth every single penny. To know how much time, care, and attention to detail was spent on producing this product makes me enjoy and appreciate it even more. I am now completely spoiled and can't conceive of drinking anything of inferior quality to this. It will have to be Jade from now on. If you neglect the non-business day weekend, that means there was only a 3 day place order to transit to receipt of shipment period. THATS RIDICULOUS!!!
