Ordering and Shipping
Payment by Credit card
The easiest option and the one that gives you 100% protection. We accept all major credit cards. We ship to most destinations worldwide and have one of the fastest delivery times for absinthe, typically 4 to 5 days to the USA from acceptance of your order - and all shipments are trackable online and insured against all losses, including breakage and loss in transit.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email notification that the transaction was successful, followed by another email, usually within 24 hours, advising you that the order has been sent to our shippers. Once the order has been shipped the courier will email you tracking details enabling you to track the shipment online. Shipments are typically delivered internationally within five working days of receiving your order.
You WILL receive your order, intact, or a replacement/refund.
Payment by Bank Transfer
If you do not have a credit card or are having problems with 'Verified by Visa' or '3D secure', we can accept payments directly into our bank account. Simply contact us for details before placing an order. Once we receive your payment we will despatch your goods. Please note that bank transfers can take up to five working days to reach our account.
Shipping
We ship to most destinations worldwide and have one of the fastest delivery times for absinthe, typically three to five days from acceptance of your order to mainland Europe and the USA and one to two days within the UK. All shipments are insured against breakage and loss in transit - orders are trackable online so order with confidence! We offer flat rate shipping for up to 12 bottles in the UK and up to 20 bottles within mainland Europe!. When you buy absinthe from Liqueurs de France you can be sure that you WILL receive your order, intact, or a replacement/refund.
You may choose between Parcelforce and Royal Mail (currently only within the UK) for shipping
Parcelforce
All of our beverage shipments are trackable online. For Europe we use Euro Priority from Parcelforce, part of the UK Royal Mail. We have negotiated flat rate shipping which means that up to 30 kg (up to 20 bottles) can be shipped to most European destinations for the same price! All shipments are guaranteed. For deliveries to the rest of the world we use Global Priority, the highest level of fully trackable courier service from Parcelforce. All shipments are guaranteed.
Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail 1st Class signed for to deliver within the UK. This option is highly economical for smaller weight items such as spoons and glasses.
Our packages are secure and discreet, we respect your need for privacy at all times.
By placing an order, you declare that you are over the legal drinking age of your country. Be responsible! We WILL NOT sell to those under the legal drinking age!
