Payment by Credit card - Safe and secure

The easiest option and the one that gives you 100% protection. We accept all major credit and debit cards and American Express. You will be directed to a Secure Payment Service Provider to enter your card details, we do not collect or store this information.

PayPal

Pay using your PayPal account, just select the SagePay option when you checkout and you'll be able to select to pay via Paypal.

Payment by Bank Transfer

If you do not have a credit card or are having problems with 'Verified by Visa' or '3D secure', we can accept payments directly into our bank account. Simply contact us for details before placing an order. Once we receive your payment we will despatch your goods. Please note that bank transfers can take up to five working days to reach our account.

All domestic and international orders are shipped using a fully trackable courier service. You will be sent a tracking number by email and can follow the parcel's progress online. All shipments are guaranteed or a refund will be given (see terms and conditions). Please note that deliveries to the USA require a signature from an adult (over 21) with photo ID.

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email notification that the transaction was successful, followed by another email, usually within 24 hours, advising you that the order has been sent to our shippers. Once the order has been shipped the courier will email you tracking details enabling you to track the shipment online. Shipments are typically delivered internationally within three to five working days of receiving your order.

Shipments to Australia will be made by Fedex, are fully trackable and will typically take 4 to 5 days. Customers in Australia should check their local customs requirements before placing an order. For imports of alcoholic beverages with a value of A$1,000 or less, you will be sent a tax invoice by Customs and Border Protection.

IMPORTANT: Restrictions on shipments of alcohol

Some US States prohibit the shipping of alcohol and we cannot ship under any circumstances.
We cannot ship to ALABAMA, ARKANSAS, MISSISSIPPI, or KENTUCKY

Other States impose restrictions which means that only one of our preferred couriers can be used.
