This 'La Bleue' style absinthe from Gaudentia Persoz is produced in the Val de Travers region of Switzerland. It is distilled from a mixture of 12 plants with Grand wormwood, petite wormwood, melissa and hyssope from Val-de-travers. It is a lighter style of absinthe which has found favour with absintheurs looking for a different flavour profile to traditional La bleues.
