La Maison Fontaine is produced at the Emile Pernot distillery using a blend of 15 natural herbs, including grande absinthe, green anise and fennel. On the nose it presents an alpine scent of the Pontarlier-grown herbs and a refreshing, sweet taste of green anise, then wormwood followed by fennel with hints of lemon and peppermint.
