A black cherry creme that can be used as a base for cocktails or as a delicious stand-alone drink.

Serving suggestion: Singapore sling

Juice of 1/4 lemon
1/2 measure gin
1 measure Creme de Cerises Noires
Soda water to top up
Garnish with lemon and black cherry

Shake ingredients well with ice and strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda and add more ice. Decorate with Griottes and lemon slice.
