Nouvelle Vague uses the classical combination of wormwood anise and fennel in combination with the subtle use of coffee beans to produce an intriguing and distinctive contemporary absinthe.

Label art is by Gottfried Helnwein, an Austrian - Irish artist whose themes include psychological and sociological anxiety, historical issues and political topics.
