Premium wine-alcohol based, distilled absinthes Enigma Blanche de Fougerolles and Enigma Verte de Fougerolles were developed by Liqueurs de France and commissioned from the distillery of Paul Devoille, Fougerolles. These two absinthes have for years offered the finest quality at highly competitive prices. Also featured is the popular La Coquette.

L'Italienne by Stefano Rossoni


L'Italienne is the first traditionally-made Italian absinthe. It was created and distilled by Stefano Rossoni at the tiny Distilleria Alpe located in the Valle d'Aosta. Only two micro-batches were made.

Gaudentia Persoz, Val de Travers, Switzerland


Gaudentia Persoz is a la Bleue distiller based in the Val de Travers region of Switzerland. When the absinthe ban was lifted in Switzerland she became the first female Swiss absinthe distiller, making her own 'La Bleue' La Ptite.

Eichelberger Distillery, Germany


This very small, yet modern German distillery is capable of distilling only 30 liters at a time, but always with utmost care and attention to quality. They produce the small-batch 'HG' absinthe Eichelberger Verte 68.

Kübler, Val-de-Travers, Switzerland


La Bleue style absinthe from the Kübler distillery in the Val-de Travers - the first distillery in Switzerland to produce absinthe after the ban was lifted in 2005.

Fischer Distillery,  Vienna, Austria


Absinthe Montmartre is the first and probably only, traditionally made Austrian absinthe. It was developed in joint collaboration between two modern Viennese absinthe pioneers; Gerald Fischer, of the historic, circa 1875 Fischer Distillery and Roman F. Gundacker, an antiques collector and absintheur.
