Long time aficionado and owner of Liqueurs de France and the prestigious Enigma Absinthe brand, Ian Hutton presented a tasting of his products as well as a history of this fascinating and oft-misunderstood spirit.

Chef Gregory Bazire created a three course absinthe-themed dinner incorporating Nemesinthe and Enigma absinthe into delicious dishes such as Tian of river crab and grilled pomfret.
